Opioids extended-release oxycodone actually recreational without breaking the pills?

Hello,
I've heard a lot of people say that extended-release (ER) oxycodone doesn't really work well for recreational use if you take it as intended, and that you basically have to crush or break the pills to get any decent effects.
I'm curious though — does anyone here actually take full extended-release oxys (without tampering) and still get good recreational effects from them?

YMMV.

All it did for me was induce severe anxiety. So I didn't try it a second time.
