can I have one reply pls?
how the fuck can my hunching posture get worse when I invest all my money to gym and proper nutrition?

really? I spend all that money for my body, work my ass of in the gym,and my mothefuckin head is even more forward what the fuck should I think about that?

all the excersise I do target my weak traps and delts,no workout for tits, that should balance me back right? hell no! actualy going back from gym I feel like if I was sitting 12 hours at PC,should I give up or what? this is unfair

Best treatment for kyphosis is physical therapy, I know, I have severe back problems and would have eventually developed a hump if I didn't take care of it LOL. Look into it, dude.

how is your posture while you exercise?

martial arts is a great way to get your posture straightened out, no pun intended

Mmm, I wish I could tell you. I spent most of the time yelling at the guy, rather than listening to what he was saying. Sadists, they are! But the therapy works.

I have forward head jut posture as well. Yoga has been a big help, I feel more flexible and upright. Try Hatha yoga, it is the beginner level yoga.

I'm not saying anybody is wrong, it's just that the posture taught by martial arts and tai chi is different than what is considered 'correct posture' in western medicine. I had flat back syndrome or whatever the hell they call it too, from doing tai chi since the age of 12.
