Expired Tylenol 3's still good?

I've just found a few Tylenol 3's (310mg Codeine worth) and they seem to be very old. They were way back in my medicine cabinet. They've actually started to discolor, a beige kind of color. Probably 3-4 years old.

Would they be worth doing a CWE with? I also have some brand new Tylenol 1's that I could add to the combo. I know medication gets weaker over time but how much weaker exactly? Would the 310mg end up being 100mg over the years, or is it more/less? I need about 360mg to get high off Codeine, and I could easily add 60mg in Tylenol 1's, but I'm wondering how off the Codeine in the T3's would be.

Also, I heard that it's possible for medication to get stronger after it expires. Is this this true with Codeine/APAP?

One last thing, since I know T3's have Caffeine in them, would it be safe to consume expired caffeine?

This is something we can never be sure of to be honest. If you really want to take them, then I would suggest taking 1 whole and see if you get really ill or not.
Even if you didn't, I would still be apprehensive really.

They definitely won't become stronger that's for sure lol. If anything they will be come weaker.
