Long time lurker, first time poster here. I searched extensively for an answer to this, but with no results. I've been opiate dependant for a couple years now, with brief periods without, but never any lengthy time. I'm prescribed 120 10/325 hydros a month by my pain management doc, but finish those in about a week, then maintain with poppy seed tea or wherever I get my hands on. Typically it takes about 36 hours for me to feel the withdrawals start, but over the past week I've been feeling withdrawls start within a few hours of dosing. This includes nausea, vomiting, etc. Has anyone experienced anything like this? Could this be a separate issue disquising itself as withdrawls? The weird thing is, if i dose again I feel fine, but literally a couple hours later, I feel horrible again. Any help would be appreciated.

It sounds like withdrawals, I mean you just said that if you dose again it goes away... I have waaaaay less experience than you with opiates but I have noticed that the more you use the less time it takes for withdrawls to come on... Like now after just a few days of using I get withdrawals where as when I started it took me over a week to get withdrawals
