Hey, I am getting to that age in life where it is becoming time to shit or get off the pot. (the latter literally). And was thinking about opening a smoke shop, I figure there are members on here who own or at least work in smoke shops. I have a couple questions.
1. What items have the highest turnover
2. I live in MI and there is a lull in headshops, especially at the old airforce base (no longer active) that has been filled up, by well, a large percentage of drug users. It is kind of our "coppin spot" yet there is no headshop for 30 minutes.
3. Things like Kratom, Poppers, No2 (of course being sold for there legal reason only) … are these sources of considerable income. I always figured anything someone needs to buy over and over is better than something they have to buy once.
Any other information that could help an entrepreneur open a headshop in a fairly deprived place with lots of demand.....please comment.
