I consider myself an experienced user. been using for 3 years & normally I never get paranoid until day 3-4 on a binge.

I recently came down from a 5 day binge 2 days ago. I slept and ate etc. Now 2 days latter today I did my first dose, which since my tolerance has increased dramatically I needed like 5-6 lines to get on my level but its day 1 and for some reason I'm getting really paranoid?!?! I've never been like this. corner of my eyes I keep thinking I see something or a cop etc. WHY is this happening?? It kind of got me depressed is it cause long term use? Is there any remedy's for it? maybe a benzo? I smoked some.H which helped kind of in a way lol

Seriously though I've never gotten paranoid from amphetamines on a I trial dose only as the binges progress to like I said day 3-4. Its so strange to me.

I would have to say its most likely a tolerance related issue or dopamine level related due to the small time frame between the previous binge and the new dose that caused the issues.

I would always get bad anxiety if i dosed again within 3 days after a multi day binge, no matter the dose, its at the point where it seems the dopamine euphoria is not possible or worth the negative side effects which are far less effected by tolerance.

So basically you didnt get the good effects due to the tolerance from a recent binge and then tried to counter it with a much increased dosage, and all that does is increased the side effects and potential for anxiety/paranoia/psychosis because the SNS stimulation part is still working on the usual dosage response and its only the good parts that arent working.

So tolerance plus a high anxiety/paranoia causing dose is likely your problem. And this is exactly how I would experience similar situations.

Yeah its wierd for the effects to occur on day one, but in your case your brain is still recovering from the previous binge so really its not a day one situation, its more likely a day three to five situation when you consider the previous binge effects into the new session.
