Just a thought that a friend of mine, 'cid, brought to my mind. Actually collection of complex questions and thoughts that have kept me thinking for hours, days.
I am going to try my best to explain my dilemma, as it is very confusing.
The 'Universe' is of infinite size, no one knows how far it extends. Keep in mind that if it is infinitely big, it is also infinitely small (1/infinity).
I have been thinking of things in relation to each other.
i.e. electrons spin around protons to make up atoms, which make up molecules, which make up matter (basis of everything that exists), which make up organelles, which make cells, which make organs, which make beings, which live on the earth, which, with other planets spins around the sun, which is a star - one of many that sparkle our sky.
Are we, on this planet, organelles of a cell that makes up one of many in another 'being'?
Is this planet spinning around the sun part of an atom?
Do the atoms that make up everything around us contain solar systems, a 'universe'?
Do such complex systems extend to beyond the reaches of human comprehension, or can we pick up a handful of dirt and hold infinite 'universes'?
I hope i have explained this enough.
Does anyone have any thoughts on this?

No drug, not even alcohol, causes the fundamental ills of society. If we're looking for the sources of our troubles, we shouldn't test people for drugs, we should test them for stupidity, ignorance, greed and love of power.- P. J. O'Rourke
