exercising/supplementing with adderall?

hey everybody! this is my first post here on bluelight. I found similar threads but none that answered all of my questions.

ok, so I am prescribed adderall, currently 30 mg xr and 20 mg ir daily. I've learned that if I want to run I have to do it before my morning dose, because the adderall speeds my heart rate noticably after physical activities. I also learned, from many past experiences that my tolerance to adderall builds quickly, as does anyone's tolerance to such a stimulant, so I take most of the normal precautions including:

holidays, magnesium/melatonin at night, baking soda for increased absorption an hour-ish before morning dose.

I saw other thread discussions about l-tyrosine(which I could not find at Wal-Mart), caffeine, and a few other vitamins with possible benefits, although many suggested not to take simultaneously with adderall.

My question is does anyone know if it is safe to take hydroxycut for exercising with adderall? considering hydroxycut contains l-tyrosine,caffeine, and other neuro-enhancing ingredients that increase benefits of adderall?

any alternate suggestions for my daily vitamin regiment?

my plan would be only using it while on breaks from adderall anyways, but I'd be interested in hearing possible contraindications between the two. thanks for your time!

From this post http://www.addforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=105567, it seems that l-tyrosine potentially reduces Adderall tolerance, but it also causes a great deal of fatigue, therefor it makes sense that the caffeine in "Hydroxycut" is there to help negate the fatigue caused by the l-tyrosine.

If this is the case, it is reasonable to assume that the increased caffeine intake would likely not create a dangerous situation when mixed with the Adderall.
Though this is only based on the previously cited post.

It was my previous understanding that l-tyrosine only helped ease the comedown from stimulants, and not actually reduce the user's tolerance.
If I am correct in my assumption then it seems to make sense that taking "Hydroxycut" would have no affect on the effectiveness of Adderall as any of the possible potentializing affects of the caffeine would be negated by the l-tyrosine.

Im very interested in seeing what someone else has to say on this topic or just in general as to the effectiveness and use of l-tyrosine

I would try stay away from aderall in general if your training. it not only is dangerous strain on your heart but makes your muscles weak and you wont get the best results, try a pre workout like NO XPLODE (if its still around) aswell as any Nitrous Oxise formulated powder. and things like Xtend will help provide oxygen to your muscles, whether it be weights or cardio
