Exercise?

I was hoping some of you might share your habits, for exercise that is, in relation to our drug use.

I used opies for almost 3yrs and now been on suboxone for the past two months....I stay low in daily dose usually less then 3.

I skateboard, a lot, when it's warm and I've been hittin the gym around 3x a week for winter....I exercise my entire body each time, sometimes to a decent sweat. I'm 25 yrs old and weigh 160 and have for a LONG time

What are your habits like?
 
Well, quite a few times I was close to OD' ing on coke as well as dilaudid... I felt my circulation wither away, almost impossible to breathe, anxiety, and I bolted out of my house and ran like I was Carl Lewis sprinting in the 200 meter in the 1996 Olympics to get my circulation and blood flowing again...

No exercise whatsoever for the past year. No going outside either. Just drugs. And chair.

No, not that fat. I'm a little overweight, 6' something (barely above 6') and roughly 200 pounds. But I'm really pale and my circulation seems to be bad (sometimes painful), and I think both of these things has a lot to do with me going out... and exercising.
 
I used to run outside 3 times a week but it got too cold

so im probably gonna start running again soon

i usually take at least two different drugs every week
 
I've been a swimmer all my life, and played water polo thru high school and college. Now I'm an avid cyclist

from high school onwards I've also been an avid weed smoker, but the other activities keep me fit.

Now in grad school I'm not playing polo, and haven't been swimming, but I bike to campus a lot, and if I ride the bus I bike to the bus stop and bring my bike to campus, then vice versa, so I'm riding my bike every day of the week, rain or snow included
 
I try and do 30-45 minutes of cardio everyday, whether it be high intensity workout or just walking. I try to do machines and benching 3-4 times a week, and dumbbells exercises everyday.

I also smoke a pack of smokes and at least 2 grams of weed everyday
 
I could never get into weight lifting or going to the gym. Only for water polo training did you ever find me in the gym.

I guess I live a life where I don't really think about exercise but I get enough via commuting by bike. I rarely think, hmm I should hit the gym or go for a run. Some lazy weekend days I'm inside all day long so I'll go for a walk at night to help clear my mind to help me sleep but also for some mild exercise... and usually to smoke a spliff.
 
I sometimes work hard when I'm out of drugs or can't score....try for some of those elusive endorphins.....but moving around helps me relax after

I also smoke herb daily - I need it

That's rad to see some of y'all are similar in exercise habits.....go hard and get that heart rate up! I started jumping rope last time....I mean this was a sick rope the handles had metal bearings....tight
