So high on adderall bit morish so got paranaoid that parents or brother was gonna get back to the house sooner than I thought which my brother did...so I was looking out the window and literally as soon as I open the blind my bro pulls in and saw me and I quickly shut the curtain, what's a good excuse explaining why I opened the curtain to look out? Maybe saw I was moving my charger?

How about you felt like looking out the window? Is that a felony of some kind?

Do you really need a reason to look out a window? I do it all the time for no reason at all when I am sober too. As stated above, just say you heard a noise and wondered what was going on.

This is paranoia and creating a reason for looking out the window is what will cause suspicion, not the act itself, less of course you closed the curtains to fast and literally jumped behind something to hide. Doing shit high dose meth infont of unkowing famiily for a year each weekend taught me that you need to act normal or at least act like your sick or in a bad mood, even like an asshole, if it stops you from freaking out about your ever little action and how it might look. If you start stressing or acting suspicipus (usually being to "nice and friendly"), its noticable.

At worst when i start to hallucinate ive asked a few times if anybody else can hear the wierd noises that i am hearing but usually its possible to stay in control, it find its better to act drunk or hungover if there are questions then to try act completely normal as thats impossible. Have some kind of excuse for wierd behavior. For me, they know i have anxiety and drink so those are my excuses, or lack of sleep or some shit. Also refraining from engaging in conversation is best and trying to explain yourself to much,

Err.... you don't need a reason for looking out the window, that is stim-induced paranoia. You need to do less adderall is the story here. LMAO

Lol, it happens to us all after 48+hours without sleep. Previous replies are good advice.
