Thank you so much for the kind welcome! Many apologies for the late response. I am still learning how to use the site and check for replies.

The Casey Jones Express is a (fictional) passenger/leisure train service for substance users. We provide users a safe, supervised, and accepting environment to use the substances of their choice. Think Insite + Orient Express!

Smoky, thank you for the link to the NMI Guidelines. They will certainly be very helpful.
