Several months ago, I consumed ~<1g N-N DMT alone over the course of 1-2 weeks; having binges where I would take a hit, and after the effects, repeated. I experienced a tolerance build up which required me to consume more for the effects.
All of my trips were wonderfully pleasant, expect for the last 3 which were horrible. I've attributed these negative experiences to depression, anxiety, and large amounts of daily stressed which placed me in a negative state of mind, coupled with the use of psychedelics, the outcome would be nothing short of disastrous. I had a brief meeting with psychosis, in which I had feelings of ultimate entrapment, isolation, and a flood of core primal fears, causing me to yell for friends and family members as I ran to a staircase and began rolling on the floor. My mental health is returning to normal standing and I'm beginning to see myself in new positive light.
As a high IQ individual, I find myself over analyzing my feelings, actions, and experiences, and with my obsessive personality, I tend to enter recursive states of thought; which, depending on what I'm thinking about can be negative to my mental health.
I've been thinking obsessively about damage that I've caused which has caused a slew of mental and physical problems, such as the worrying thought that I've caused permanent memory loss, causing me to forget things at an excessive rate. After months of this nonsense, I'm already ready to let it all go and move on with my life. I've been working on getting myself in good physical health so I could administer Cerebrolysin for overall neural nourishment.
Questions:
I'm concerned about a few things.
1. Physiological brain damage
2. Memory Loss
3. Any possible damage either physical or mental
I've been exercising, eating well, and taking supplements such as lions mane, fish oil, bacopa, D3, and other nutritional items. I've been applying things such as neuro-linguistic programming to help rebuild my mind. I do understand that DMT is non-neurotoxic, and in the event that my product did have trace amounts of napthalene, that the amount was negligible and compare the consumption to the harmful effects of smoking or breathing in polluted air.
