is it safe to take excedrin migraine maximum strength after taking mdma?

had the headache before taking the mdma but didnt want to risk if there was a reaction so i've just been dealing with it.

I didn't know the answer off hand, so I did a bit of research for you. You shouldn't take excedrine migrane with an SSRI because bleeding is more likely. I also know that you shouldn't take MDMA with an SSRI because it can cause the amount of serotonin in the brain to become toxic (serotonin syndrome). So, from what I've provided, you can make your own judgement, but I don't think it would be a good idea. But I may be wrong.

wtf excedrine is just caffeine and tylenol or aspirin. you should be fine, but it won't help you sleep.

Actually large amounts of caffeine can increase mdma's neurotoxicity such that a lower dose will do more harm. A quick google search will reveal this.
