Opioids exalgo - useless?

i'm on the vivitrol shot (nalterexone), but the other day i iv'ed a 4mg dilaudid and i did feel a rush+body high that in my opinion was absolutely worth it. in my experience, i can enjoy opioids after a certain amount of days since the shot, but only if used intravenously. if i were to come across a 32mg exalgo pill, without the ability to obtain a micron filter at this time, would there be any way i could make use out of it? is the time release mechanism impossible, like reformulated opana or oxycontin, or is it something that a liquid solution could be made from? i'm aware that there is no "safe" way of getting this into my veins, but my hope is that i can, without a micron filter, end up with some kind of solution that although won't be clean or healthy, won't be deadly (this is a one-time thing). i'm open to any ideas. thanks.
 
You need a micron filter to inject any pharmaceutical. There is no "safe" way to abuse hydromorphone ER, but you can reduce some of the harm you WILL induce if you try and skimp and get by with no micron, it's just not something you should be doing especially since you're on Vivitrol... I'm really surprised you felt anything at all.
 
I have found no way of defeating Jurnista 16 mg only if I were willing to wait. It uses the same OROS push pull.
You just gotta let it release in water in it's own time in water then sniff (me, i dont inject) u shoot the water.
Remember to remove the outer shell though first if there is one.
 
I would always cringe in the med line in rehab and see patients get they're daily naltrexone and claim it does wonders...ummm yeah...the wonders you are feeling is some institutionalization , away. From people places things forcefully , and a natural high from being clean....gosh
