Opioids Exalgo 16mg (hydromorphome)

These things seem to impossible to do. . . . anyything with. The Exalgo EX seem to have the same tjme release mechanism as Concerta. Does anyone know how to defeat the time time release on these?

I sucked off the initial coating, then just apart the plast surrounding the wax like hydromorphone. One 16mg tablet brought on a nice buzz.
