the whole point was that, like the other poster said, being passive is being slow. Today's society operates in a New York-minute tempo. If you aren't with the beat, than you're behind it. Got a problem with it? then go ahead of it and change it altogether. You slowing down is just that--no one else is going to want to fall behind with you when the future of the future is constanly being looked upon.
