Everyone come together and pray for PhreeX

why pray for someone who od-ed? i know he's some sort of drug god at this site as well as that other one, but if he's so great and gave all that info and assistance to people, then didn't bother when it came to his own well being, he doesn't sound all too great to me.

my apologies if i offend anyone/everyone, but if you do drugs, you run this risk, so check you're doses, don't to combo-s and maybe you'll live to see your 30th b-day
 
lattromi: no one's exactly sure of the circumstances of what exactly happened to/with him. It may have been possible the OD was intentional.. in which case i think everyone should pray for him, or hope if they don't believei n a god. No one should be in a place to consider such a thing.
 
Just wondering if there have been any significant improvements lately. Glad things seem to be going well.

Not to start an argument or be an asshole, but,I dont know you nor am i personal friend of Phreex, but i do frequent the board, more as a "lurker". I think that your comment was totally uncalled for. Whether the OD was intentional or not you should pray for his soul, if he is hurting so much that he feels the need to do that purposely(trust me i know the feeling i have been there) then he is obviously hurting inside and could probably use some prayers to God or whomever you choose to call ur higher power.

The new facility they moved him to does not provide a phone in his room, but we are working on it. There is a jack and we are taking in a test phone to see if there is aline running to it.

Dave is in good spirits, and will be reading all the post over the week. I have printed a copy to bring to him.

Samantha: Thanks so much for the update. Dave has been in my thoughts ever since day one. I'm glad to hear hes in good spirits. To be honest i was a little concerned that he'd be a bit resentfull and upset over this whole odeal. Good to hear that hes not. Keep
us posted about the phone line in his room please. Also, please let him know i love him *as a friend*, miss him, and wish him luck
in his recovery.

Wow. I just read the entire 24 pages of this thread, from begining to end. How positive! It just shows you that you shouldn't give up, ya know? Dave, we don't know each other, but I still wish you the best, and good luck with your recovery! :D

if he did it on purpose, pray or hope for him, that he may find peace w/o this sort of thing.

and if it was accidental, pray or hope for him, that it never happens again.


theres absolutely no reason to wish harm on anyone.

listen i feel sorry for phreeX and all, but guess what??Ive been there. alot of us have. He's just a power of example, weve all read his posts thrue out the days.
Listen THIS COULD BE YOU. Wait and find out and it just might. Sorry to bring this up on such a bad incident, but, Dope fiends wake up! This is what happens. But i cant tell you that, you have to be in Phreex's position to figure it out. Sorry bout this Phreex, but you knew it was coming a long time ago. Peace to all, and look at Phreex and use him as an example if nothing else. I feel for you though, it will get better...........eventually...............

hoping for good news here :)

Thinking I may call ne way right-about-now.

*edit* I just got off tha phone with little Miss Ashlie *daveslilsis*. Found out that shes been *trying* to post updates here about Dave rather unsucessfully. Evidently somethings up/wrong with her password so she cannot gain access to this site right now. Mods is this something yoo can help her with? Or no? All i know is Ashlie and Samanthas updates have been quite helpfull around here for us all. It would be nice to be able to continue getting them.

One last thing: Dave has been in my thoughts ever since day one.
I prayed for the first time in my life *not really religious here* that he would pull through and he did. Now i find myself praying that
he will learn from this mistake. I also find myself praying that perhaps this whole experience scared him a bit into choosing LIFE
over DRUGS/ADDICTION. Unfortunately, only time will tell if my prayers will my answered.
