He was one of the first people I met when I became a member of the bluelight. I pray that he will be alright.

Oh my god. THIS IS UNREAL. Its been said so many times through this thread, but if ANYONE was going to OD, he'd be the last. He just knew too much, he was too experienced. This is huge reality slap in the face to me.

Current status:
The doc said there are 2 main types of brain waves. He is only responding to one. The main brain wave (cornea) he is not responding to. His body is alive but his brain is not. He responds to pricks on the skin but nothing via the eye. We believe that it was a possible suicide attempt, due to a number of different reasons (IE: work stress, and social stress). If this is what he wanted may he RIP, but im still holding on that if he pulls through this that there is alot of people who love and need him.
You all can be assured that were doing all the we can to help his family and make sure that the doctors will do everything in their power to bring him out of this. We have been questioning the doctors and guiding his mother to ensure that she understands that she must ask questions to get answers. We will not allow anyone to just give up hope, because ive seen miracles happen and if anyone deserves another chance, Dave, my boy, my mentor, one of my only friends deserves another chance.

wow. . . just wow. . .i am another person who has yet to speak to PhreeX but i always noted his posts on BL and how educated they were, he always reached out to others when they needed it. It's sad that this had to happen to someone like him. As i sit in the computer lab at my university chills run up and down my body. Shows how short life can really be. Tears continue to form and drop. My thoughts, prayers, and all my wishes are with PhreeX, his family, and his friends. May God watch over you, guide you, protect you, and save you.
I just spoke with Phreex's sister, and she said he has made minor improvements. He moved his lips, and his heart rate has stablized. The Doctors were very concerned about his heart rate because it was so abnormal they felt that his brain may not have been controlling it properly.
These are very good signs. There plan was to reccomend they remove the live support today, but that reccomendation is not longer valid.
