Everyday tasks and such on LSD

Hey guys, just wondering what you thought about going about some every day chores around the house and things like that on L?

I'm up at the old mans camp in NH staining/painting railings and balisters for him all day today by myself and its absolutely gorgeous out so I had you know what? Les do it. And in when a nice white square %)

Sitting here painting waiting for the fun to begin.

Got any stories of experiences like this?!
 
Dropping a few tabs when you've got stuff to do is a good plan, as long as it's not rocket surgery, and you're not hanging out with squares all day.
 
Hahah yeah I think I'll be sticking clear of the washing machine today, and it's definitely nice just sitting here painting and not sitting there going "man, when is this stuff gonna kick in??"
 
I think it's cool for awhile but I usually wander to fo sumthin else...When I have a task I wanna do on L I have to make sure I don't NEED to Finish it that day, else I might feel pressured somehow
 
yeah rocket surgery is tough while on 10 tabs of LSD.

it really depends on the dose and whether human interaction is involved or not. Moderate dose plus no interaction with people; i can do just about anything i would normally, and probably more. With human interaction (public), i'd rather just not trip at all, get too damn paranoid. Then again i used to go to work and school while tripping, definitely wouldn't do that anymore, especially as a rocket surgeon. I also used to regularly trip in public but caused all sorts of trouble in doing so.

most people can't tell that i'm tripping unless it's on a dissociative then it's completely obvious.

Even at high doses, i can still do my daily things well, like play guitar, video games, work on my guitars, compose music and pretty much do nothing but hang out with my cats. I don't really lose touch with any of that unless i smoke DMT or something. I wouldn't go to work/school while tripping anymore, i'm just too old for that shit now.
 
Just checking back in ..

This was an OUTSTANDING idea, BRILLIANT even.

Did what I constitute as a "concert level dose" for myself, no other humans up here at all ..got a Dead show playing, and I've had the most incredible time.

I also got alot of painting done ..hah
 
It's totally fun as long is it doesn't involve alot of rational thinking or if it involves driving or using machinery.
I love going grocery shopping and cleaning on lucy.

Trippin and house works way better and worse at the same time. One task would be impossible, but like cleaning the house... you get a lot done, but in no focused or organized manner. Best example is the laundry actually. I would grab 1 piece of clothing and take it to the basement, clean the tool shelf then go back for the next single piece, mop the floor and go back for another... rinse and repeat. That was a 2.5g mushroom adventure the only required me to clean the kitchen. Over 7 hours I managed to get the whole house clean.
 
Yeh housecleaning is fun on acid, I'd love to see an ad on tv for housewives selling lucy as a cleaning aid :)
 
Today was so grand, one of my more memorable psychedelic journeys honestly and it all took place on a farmers porch ..painting shit. Of course until I eventually became fully sidetracked with my mind and thunderstorm blew that was truly incredible.

And then I watched a spider respin his web for almost two hours, unreal.
