Everclear-Legal states to acquire?

Ok, Phreex's response in the GHB chem thread mentioned using Everclear and it got me to thinking again...
Which states can you purchase this in? I know that in the state in which I live Everclear is not sold in liquor stores.
 
Not CA, but you can get it in UT, and parts of TX.

It is very easy to make. Pressure cooker, copper tube, surgical tube ( to connect the copper tube to the pressure cooker spout), vodka and some ice...............simmer, cool the copper and wha la.....felony.
 
drCipher, it most certainly can be purchased in CA, unless you were referring to canada. I live in california and just saw it today at the market while buying groceries.

No it is not legal in every state...
for one as posted above it is illegal to buy in pa.... so u won't find it at any bars/wines and spirits....
In md it is legal to buy...I like to buy a few bottles and bring them back....
mmmmm 190 proof...
just can't get caught having it b/c it is illegal to posses it in a state that has declared it illegal.

You can get easily in Georgia, pretty much at any liquer store. Its good for party punches and stuff like that, gets people shitty fast.

xylo-, I meant California and the stuff you saw is not the real stuff. It is illegal in California. Check the proof on the bottle.
 
You can purchase it in California. The proofage that's legal is not the same in every state. I believe it's lower in California than in Nevada (hence my ex driving to Reno once because he wanted the 190-proof stuff).
