Ever get tinnitus from injectiebles?

Did this ever happen to anyone?

Long shot, but I moved into an apartment with a water pump in the basement that emits a high pitch ringing.

Since I've got ringing in my ears.

At that same time however I started a new batch of melanotan 2.
So I can't rule out the possibility it's not the melanotan.

Unlikely.

But anyone ever experience tinnitus (persistent ringing in ears) as a result of using any kind of performance and/or image enhancers??

Check blood pressure during these times just to rule it out. I don't recall ever having it but I have episodes of tinnitus anyway so it's not something I actively take note of.
