Ever get "caught" with track marks?

Ive got a pretty obvious red line going from my hand up about 7 or 8 inches in my forearm. Not on the underside, where people expect to see "junkie marks," mine are more like the inside side of the arm. They're not glaringly obvious, but if you're within a few feet of me and looking at them they are easy to spot (thank god for my arm hair, it really helps blend them in).

Its almost like a zipper going up my arm!

I've always wondered if people notice them and if they do, what they think. I'm guessing no one has really noticed, because if they did I'm sure SOMEONE by now would have quite innocently said "dude, what happened to your arm!?"

Have any of YOU been questioned about the marks on your arm? Anyone flat out accuse you of using? What excuses have you given and did they work?

I've noticed a few people with track marks before and laughed to myself, only curious as to what drugs they've used.

I don't see any harm reduction in chatting about who has been called out for track marks and who hasn't.
