The best situation to find drugs that I've experienced was helping with clean up after certain raves at a certain drug friendly venue.
Used to find rolled up bills that people were snorting shit with, little baggies of ice, K, pills, also just loose pills here and there... and the occasional bag of pot here and there.
It was great :D

Nothing too crazy but I found a bowl in the back pocket in a pair of jeans I was wearing one day when I was out of clean clothes. Finding the bowl was kind of cool, but the fact I was so hungover that I could barely function made it that much better.

Okay, here are a list of instances that have occured, in no particular order, but perhaps with time estimates:
- $20 Left behind in the ATM, went right up to my buddy and bought some oxycodone.
- 8 Vicodins dropped on the floor in a Rite-Aid pharmacy.
- 5mg Oxycodone IR tablets/capsules in my room once in a while.
- An 80mg Oxycontin was in my pocket once when I was leaving Rite-Aid after a shift
- Also tons of shitty pills like: Furosomide, Buspiron, et cetra. Lots of these pills fall in my pocket because the table is just about 1''-1.5'' below the table that we fill in.
- Because of this height/pocket ratio: Ativan, Klonopin, Valium, Vicodin are the most useful that have fell into my pocket. You should see what the technicians drop, geeze.
- When I was about 12 I was running around some portuguese club and found a little ziplock back, the itsy bitsy ones, like a 0.75''x0.75'' square filled with I think coke, we gave it to my friends Dad, god knows what he did with it (lol).
Well thats just some things. I have more but those are the best of my findings in terms of medication(s) or something that goes towards medication.

I havnt slept in 2 days. I just found 12 10mg Dexadrine. I am junksick. I called an old friend and got 2 oc80s brand name for the dex. I JUST fixed. I am going to bed. Good night all, and to all the junksick out there, i feel for ya. If you were right here I'd break off a half to get you well.

No, I've never found drugs. Haha. :D
I used to be convinced there was some tiny speck of heroin on the foil/some crystals in the plastic baggie/floor/anywhere, but there is never anything. I use my drugs up and never forget about them. I love them. :

In 1986 I found 8 hits of "luney toons" acid wrapped in foil in a parking lot. Pretty good stuff too.

I've only ever found a rolled up joint on a club floor by my feet. Wasn't quite sure what it was at first cos I was pretty fucked. Scooped down, picked it up and quickly shoved it in my pocket. We smoked it later.

Friends have found a bag of speed on the floor once, but I've never found shit, despite often being half on the lookout for shit on the floor when I'm walking round town. A mate once lost a bag with a couple of pills in it in a club and I spent the rest of the night obsessively staring at the floor, picking up random bits of crap, looking for them. Despite the fact I had my own pills anyway - I just couldn't stand the thought of them being lost 
On my own drugs, minus the odd end of a bag of weed, I always know EXACTLY what I have and where it is, so no happy surprises there
..I lost 1/3 of a pill somewhere round my gearstick/handbrake of my car in summer 2005 (taking drugs while driving a stick shift can be difficult!) and I kept looking for the fucking thing now and then for months, but never found the little bastard..

My aunt had me house-sit while she was out of town and I found her stash of vicodin 750. Needless to say, it was a pretty good week..even tho I don't remember much.
(It was a year old script she didn't use anymore, so she didn't care)

Just last week, i was high on oxycontin, around 40mg, and i stare at the floor and theres a 20mg OC, staring right back at me. So i run to the sink, wash it down go back to sit down, and low and behold ANOTHER ONE!!!!!!!!! Now nothing gets my dick hard like finding drugs
