yes he specialises in addiction - in london. and no its not that rip off bunch of cunts at stapleforth.

Cheers Blondin. Yup, I looked into the Stapleford thing and it was too pricey, and too much travel for the regular appointments (I'm South Coast). And £100 a month is great. I probably spend £100 a month on taxis to score, lighters, tin foil and all the other crap I need when I'm using.

Mate, I got your PM but couldn't reply 'cos yer inbox is full! So here's what I was gonna say:

No probs mate, hope it all goes well. But like Charlie Clean said, you could always call them first and set the question hypothetically. I would hate for you to take my word and then get saddled with some bastard key worker with a chip on his/her shoulder, especially when your mrs doesn't know anything - you've got too much to lose. Take it slow and careful, and ask around. If you know other heads that are with the same clinic, ask what they think first. However, I know for a fact that they are under near enough the same confidentiality agreement as doctors, so unless they have a bloody good reason to get the SS involved, then they won't. When my mrs's sister got the job at our drug clinic, she was told in no uncertain terms that everything she sees and hears in the clinic, stays within the clinic. It's a sackable offence to discuss any clients or their activities with a third party. Also, when my first child was born, I had the same reservations as you, so I brought it up at a meeting. They assured me that as long as they have no grounds for concern then there is no need to worry. Good luck man,

FUBAR

i ended a post with a question that might have got lost - how do i post a pic iv'e taken thats on my pic folder so doesnt have a url (im not tech savvy)

You first have to upload the picture to a host site such as tinypic or imageshack. You will then see a URL to share, simply copy the address and paste it into whichever place you wish to share, hope this helps bud!

Regarding DSP's sharing your information with other people or agencies.
I was given a form that asked me if I agreed that info could be shared with the council, job centre etc I just signed it stating that I didn't want my data shared with anyone outside of my drug service provider under the Data Protection Act.

I told the job center in bristol and they eased up completely, just signed my book didn't search any jobs for me, guy just said your trying to get clean I'm not going to make you get a job!

Thanks again Fubar. Good advice. I'll feel them out a bit before I go (I think I'll send a hypothetical email to the DDU and say that I'm asking on behalf of a friend about confidentiality as regards Soc Sers). I'll tread carefully.

Not sure why my inbox is saying full... I've only got four in there but maybe because I'm still a Greenlighter.

Ah, that sounds promising.

fuck knows how to put a pic up this is a nice lump anyway ....if u can see it

Confidentiality laws aside, drug workers and social workers are often in professional touch and likely to meet down the pub or attend one another's dinner parties Chips on shoulders drink with chips on shoulders and clients are discussed. As many a
lsurprised loser has later concluded, like leak to like about the perceived 'enemy'.

Rarely would any drug worker act without fear the kids are at risk..but, there again, junkie parents is risk enough for the brainwashed minority. The odds are very on your side but, as in life, best tread carefully till you're sure of your person.

Hope it works out for you and what you decide turns out to be the right thing. Good luck to you.

hi brightonhead am based in glasgow and if you have weans and you go for a maintenance script your fkd its a automatic referral to social work and they look into everything its called shared information with school housing doctors police council,, and if all is well and your giving clean samples they fk off but only after a few months and as soon as you give a dirty sample your drug worker is right on the phone to social work and it all starts again......am sick of the discrimination we parents suffer because of our addiction, junkies should be sterilized etc etc. don't get me wrong we have all seen the way some addicts parents and they poor weans brought up in the roller coaster of their parents addiction drugs come before their weans clothes and food..but we shouldn't all be tarnished with the same brush my bills are paid my home is clean my food cupboards are stocked a think its up to me if a want to have a burn once a week on a sat night when my weans are tucked up in bed sleeping a don't drink a don't go here the door..my weans are better looked after than some weans whose maws a fkn Jakie and has every tom dick and harry hanging out her every weekend.........rant over till the next time people

Fuck, glad I'm not in Glasgow, they sound like right cunts :X That just does NOT happen round my way - though as Charlie Clean pointed out, there's no doubt that the drug workers discuss their clients with each other and possibly other professionals (such as the SS), even if it's 'off the record'. But it only takes one of them to let something slip to the wrong person and all hell could break loose. Luckily, IME I've never had any reason to complain (and I've only just started giving clean samples since the big drought - the previous 8 years was spent giving dirty samples every month!)

Just had a thing myself, its ok round here at the moment but nothing like the quality you get. Enjoy your gear everyone :)

Hey everyone, I scored a few days ago in Dublin city centre and it was by far the best I've ever had since I took up smoking gear almost two years ago. Hopefully this is a sign that purity is on the up!

@blondin

May I ask how long you have been doing gear for?

Also if you discount the last couple of years, has the quality of heroin gone down since you started doing it?
