Only way to find out, alfo, is to stick to the legal juice and score nothing at all, whatever the quality, on the black.

Seems to me what your doctor is trying to do is ascertain what, if any, dosage of methadone he'll need to prescribe in order to make this so.

Remember he cannot offer you much beside methadone. save in very exceptional circumstances .So, if you're one of the many heroin addicts fo whom methadone just doesn't quite fill the hole, it can become kinda problematic. Throw in the bull that usually follows in lieu of honest explanation, and the kind of of everyday coalface drug politics to which Max refers, you can start to see why some observers consider the entire system is pretty much one big mess. And, as long as suggestions for a wider diamorphine prescription base are treated as akin to mass child sacrifice, they're unlikely to change their minds. Drug users have front row seats in a mad world

can anyone tell me what is the difference between subutex and suboxone and why they have changed most people over to suboxone thanks
 
subutex is 'pure' buperemorphine(sp) suboxone has naltraxone in it to stop people hitting it up - its what they get in the US

OP on 80mgs of 'done any amount of smack will give you no high at all as your receptors are binding to all the 'done. Its not hard to come down from high doses in fact 80mgs is the min therapeutic dose i.e. it should stop your cravings as well as stop u feeling sick - I have a pretty good knowledge on this stuff pm me if you want any specific questions.

Just picked up 2g's same lifgt coloured powder which thinking about it has been about since the end of 2010 but double the price but its always quality over quantity - fuckin lush - made 3g last a week so gonna try and cut back......not a hope in hell ;)
 
How long after an 80mg dose should i wait before trying to dose h? had 80ml about 24hrs ago, bout another 25ml 12 hrs ago and should be picking up some decent brown soon
 
Blondin's pretty much on the money re Subutex/Suboxone except Suboxone has naloxone not naltrexone in it (similar though, both opioid antagonists). It is there as a deterrent to shooting it, but it's ridiculous because it actually doesn't work like that - the idea is that naloxone is inactive orally but IV it rips opiates off the receptors so stops you getting high / precipitates withdrawals - it does this by sitting in the receptor site and blocking it so opioid agonists (bupe, morphine, diamorph etc) have no effect. However, buprenorphine has a higher "receptor affinity" than naloxone (and pretty much all other opioids too), which means it sticks to receptors like glue, not letting naloxone have a look in and do it's blocking thing. So, basically, it doesn't work - the buprenorphine still occupies the receptor site and you still get it's full effects. The naloxone is useless. Except as a marketing tool :|

CK: I don't know really but it will vary from person to person and depend on tolerance so there won't be an exact answer.. I'll let someone with more methadone experience than me answer though! Do be careful <3
 
charlie, how do we start telling them straight that we want diamorphine. i don't care if it's oral. I know I've asked before but it makes sense. ffs they give nicotine to smokers in what ever way they want it . it's not a nicotine substitute, even though nicotine is very dangerous. the world is crazy.

that sounds like a mission. i'm glad you couldn't get gear in galway though. it would taint my green tinted view of it.

We have been here b4 i remember .

i have tried very avenue even my MP to no avail .
Closest i can get is a fukin expensive injeectable Morphine script from Stapleford . I could get about half a gram a day thats 480mg in 12 60mg amps . Would cost me £450 for the consulatation about £12 a day for the drugs (bargain ) & loads of moneyin travel
 
After a long drawn out meeting between, my mother, my 'specialist drug addiction doc' (who looks pinned out of his brain 99% of the time) & myself. The doc turns to me and asks 'so cornish, what is it you want?'

I told him straight 'a diamorphine prescription'.

He then went on to explain to my mother how diamorph is clean medical heroin but he doesn't think it would benefit me because whilst it may stop me buying/injecting dangerous street gear. It won't stop me using cocaine, etc.

Wtf kind of logic is that?
Surely anything that reduces harm is a good thing? No?

Anyway, time for my morning wash out.... And a spliff.

+ Fwiw, the gear around here is deffo getting better.
 
Been their had the same conversation minus my Mum with The Cheif Drug bloke in B&nES & was told i was drug seeking .

I was livid cos i used to be an expert drug seeker hence my 84blues n 280ml of Temaze Elixir script when i was 23 .

This time i wasn't drug seeking . It's just banging your head against a fukin Wall Cornish .

I'm back, with not so brilliant news..i'm hearing from your posts that things are a lot better, but its still not so good down here in plymouth.. you have to smoke .6 to get a nod.

Its driving me mad, i might just take a drive up to london, or is there anywhere closer? ;)
 
no doctor is going to maintain you on diamorphine unless he's either a) an enlightened childhood friend perhaps who's life you saved at somepoint in the recent past or someone you have over a barrel, like in the sweeney or some such..





or b) if youre dying of cancer




the irony also being that in trials, addicts regularly prefer street heroin to diamorphine. the medical cannabis crowd found the same with the pure THC stuff... somehow not quite the same as a lump of bubblehash, surprisingly



although, naturally - nhs prescribed diamorphine would be preferable to jack of the common or shite variety
 
I just sent one of my emissaries off with my bus pass to go score, been waiting since I last posted but finally managed to locate something.

It's been 2 weeks since I had a score last & from what I can grasp over the last few hours the West Mids seems to be nearly dry :(

Still nice gear in merseyside, has been like this for a few months now, which is unusual going by the last 2 years. Anything half decent that was about was danced all over after a week. Prices are still silly though, smack is a rich mans drug !
 
The gear in my area has got SHIT over the last week. I'm feeling it badly now and can't keep on top of my (small) habit. I went to see my GP for the first time in a couple of years today and he's retired (disaster) and the new one won't give me a DHC script, even for home reduction. I was thinking about trying to get some online but I've never done it before (sorry if this is the wrong forum for this) and wondered if anyone has ever bought codeine online and if there are any places that are legit? Or are they all scammers?
 
There's legit sources out there, but no sourcing allowed on bluelight mate
