Good ole beans from back in the day (like 15 yrs ago). Molly disappointed me, and the beans I've had in the past 5 yrs were disappointing. But I also stopped taking hard drugs, so maybe I just don't know what's out there anymore.

I've never done alot of the drugs other people are mentioning, but nitrous always got me quick..

I think it's killed some brain cells of mine though, I can't concentrate as well as I used to, and I get headaches more often

Speaking of the strongest short-lived euphoria, diethyl ether takes the prize, so that be 10/10 for reference. Opioids come a close (yet fairly distinct) second with 9/10 for both momentary and lasting euphoria. One HBWR trip was a solid 12/10, but I haven't been able to reproduce it since so there's that. Alcohol is a pitiful 2/10 even though it's my strongest addiction to date.

You’ve IVd vyvance? What was that like I see it’s 2/5 but did you feel much of anything?

I like the ones that no matter how long you've been taking them, you have a moment where you say, God I love this stuff. I mean that could be anything really, but for me it's as follows:

LSD - there is no better way for me to get inside my brain for some long term finding myself. The euphoria peak for hours while on the stuff aswell as the after effects that last years , best medicine ever.

THC - in any form , but my favorite is the tincture. Every time I hit the right dose I say out loud.. I freaking love this feeling man.

Every other substance I've tried there's a platue in viable euphoria. But not these two. So I don't need to list 5. These are the only two on my list.

You would feel nothing because Vyvanse it self is an inactive prodrug. Vyvanse has no effect and must be metabolized in the liver to release the active amphetamine.

Probably DMT. Obviously ymmv but I've had trips where I've been writhing around in both physical and emotional ecstacy trying to figure out how it's even possible to feel this wonderful.

You would feel nothing because Vyvanse it self is an inactive prodrug. Vyvanse has no effect and must be metabolized in the liver to release the active amphetamine.

Correction: you would just get a normal vyvanse dose because it is an inactive prodrug that is actually metabolised by enzymes in the red blood cells and the conversion is rate limiting resulting in the same pharmacokinetics as an oral dose, no rush just a regular old vyvanse buzz an hour or so later. Neat huh.

I thought it happened in the liver too until I started on it recently and my psychiatrist corrected me

A really positive psychedelic trip can be insanely euphoric no matter the psychedelic
Methamphetamine (High dose oral or large amount Hot Railed or Smoked. Snorted is good also)
IV Cocaine
Good MDMA/MDA
bk-MDMA (5-methyl-ethylone is also pretty good)
Vaped A-PHP might be the most fiendishly intense euphoria I've ever experienced
Snorted/ Vaped A-PVP

The most euphoric I have ever felt might have been DXM +Weed + Tobacco. Haven't done it since my teens but the euphoria was reliably produced. I've since reached my "50 trip limit" by a large margin. Have done DXM only a couple of times in my adulthood and they have been lackluster except for one that was horrifyingly intense and lasted forever mixed with high doses of O-PCE while in a bad headspace (did not think I was coming back from that one). DXM + Weed + Tobacco I will for sure try again with a proper set and setting
