Currently dipping in my old stash of etizolam...
Any suggestions towards lowering and eventually quitting the gram and a 1/4 of etizolam I currently have?

I am up to doses of 4 to 8 mg a day and that may be a bit on the light side. Either way I know I need to taper but a schedule would help.

And I may be underestimating my usage, by half as much, either way I know I'm on the road to issues. Taper help?

You should probably start by keeping a diary to record what your actual doses are. Once you know that it's a matter of finding how much you can reduce by each week or so without too much discomfort

Currently its been 5 mg of etizolam at 530 in the morning, 1 mg of ativan at 11 AM and 5 mg of etizolam at 415 PM

I am trying to lower the dose to 4 mg tonight, have had 3.6 mg so far, but its really hard not to have more.

I should have never fucked with it using just the powder and dosing spoon, really regret that now.

EDIT: I am volumetrically dosing now, much more reasonable, still high doses.

Have went from 5 mg in morning and 5 mg in evening to 4 mg in morning and 4 mg in evening as of last night and night before.

Still taking 1 mg of lorazepam around 11 AM , this won't change until I drop back to my regular benzo use of 0.5 mg of lorazepam at 5:30 AM, 11:00 AM, and 8:30 PM.

I think I am going to wait 4 or 5 more days before doing another taper, does that seem long enough of an interval between dropping and stabilizing?

Maybe I will just do half mg drop this next time.
