Benzos Etizolam Solubility

I've read other threads regarding this subject but I'm looking for a more specific answer to my question. A concentrated solution of Etizolam is to be made. The target concentration is 20 mg/mL: 300mg into 15mL. Which would be the best solvent: 90-95% ethanol or 99% isopropanol? Or is there a more ideal solvent?

Ethanol is nicer than isopropanol for your body...

I'm not sure that Etizolam it will dissolve in that.

you need to get propylene glycol

tripple check your measuremeants.
