I'd also eye twitches which i thought were because of taking Etiz too regularly (i not even nearly took it regular enough) and two simple bananas (magnesium) got rid of the problem ;)

Hmmmm, I've taken it for anxiety and as a sleep aid, but if it helps me last a bit longer, even better!

Killed my social anxiety too. I mean, this stuff could change my life...which is f**cking dangerous. Still not gone over 1mg though....don't intend to. Going to have long breaks to keep it all sweet.

The eyes twitching *may* be down to the standard of sleep you get using Etizolam. Whilst it undoubtedly helps you sleep there are 3 different stages of sleep like REM etc. Eye twitching is a symptom of insomnia. As Etizolam gives an unnatural (but very deep) sleep it could be missing out on certain stages of the sleep process thus creating twitching eyes. My friend gets it occasionally along with particularly dry eyes. The benefits far out-weigh any minimal side effects though, for my friend anyway.

As for bunk tabs. If these people have access to Etizolam powder it can't be that difficult to make the tabs. It's just powder measured out surround by the blue gum. So there is plenty of reason to suggest these may work as good as the blister ones.
Unless of course they are using bunk powder. I doubt the consistency of dosage is a problem when dealing with 1mg tabs..you may get an underdose but never an overdose. (well unless they are malsteser size ones)

Even the Intas blister tabs crumble if you don't snap them down the middle clean.

sorry En2Tuk but the non-branded etizolam tablets are no way Near what they should be.

It is not as easy as you think to evenly mix a binder with etizolam power, with the dose being just 1mg/pill. I spoke to the original produces of the original 'etizolam pellets' and they admitted the terrible standard of the old 1mg pills. I only ever bought 10, and just because I was desperate, and all 10 were nothing on a couple of mg of real etizilaam!

Powder dissolved in vodka is The way forward with etizolam, it is a fraction of the cost and 2mg dosed sublingually hits you in minutes :)

I've posted this elsewhere but it seems pertinent to include it here.

I have a clear memory of spending last night on moderate doses of ethylphenidate while on the internet with much of it spent on BL I remember spending many happy hours initially updating a post on the previous page but then continued to offload a stream of thoughts onto what turned into more of a blog. I felt really good and enjoyed getting my thoughts down in text. The second from last thing I remember is saying that I was going to take a couple of etizolam and hit the sack which was at 9AM or so. My last memory is of me taking the two etizolam.

EDIT - I now remember it a bit differently. I'd done a fair bit of EPH (which I now know makes me incapable of sound judgment on it's own) so thought I'd take 3 etizolam to knock it on the head and go to bed but didn't go and later decided to do more EPH. I may have repeated this scenario at least 2 more times so it all starts to make sense.

The next thing I remember is me photographing my neck with my camera phone which would have been at about 7:30PM and sending one of the photos to a friend though I'll probably never know why I did this. I have no memory at all between taking the etizolam and taking the photos many hours later but judging by the state of my neck it seems safe to assume that much time and effort had been spent attempting to IV ethylphenidate into my jugular veins though judging by the numerous red swellings all over my neck and especially on the left side which is noticeably swollen it is pretty clear that I had many misses. EDIT - To be honest having had another look both sides are swollen alike. If that's not bad enough I also have a line of track marks running up the right side of my neck though on the other side they would just be covered by a collar. I look like a trauma victim and as I'm the only person here, I have to assume that I subjected myself to these injuries. There was an occasion a little while ago when ethylphenidate followed by etizolam resulted in me conducting a bit of an IV mission on the veins in my feet though I do have some memory of that. I remember feeling obsessively driven at the time.

It would seem that I cannot mix ethylphenidate with etizolam without dire consequences so I won't be making that mistake again. Well isn't that a tale of woe and I don't suppose that I'll ever remember any of it. Well that's me off the social calendar till I've healed a bit and look fit to be allowed to mix with decent folks again. You really couldn't make this up could you?

token, i think i get that eye twitch thing too. its almost like ill blink for a second and before my eyes open back up, theres like a millisecond of darkness there that usually isnt. maybe its just me? ive been high on etizolam a few times and had that happen. i would blink, and for a split second i thought the power was out. its defintely something from the etizolam and yeah, my general rule is 4 days between doses. but todaywas my bday, im 27 now and i wanted to do some 4fa and shrooms a few hours in. they blended nicely i must say. i had such a nice visual that it looked like the squared pretzels in chex mix were rising out of the carpet. i wish i would have focused longer, because the trance i was in felt amazing. but...i got distracted.

but yeah to re iterate my main point, id like to hear more about that . its nothing like the amphetamine eye wiggles when u stay up too long and your skin twitches under your eye. to me its like my vision dissapears complelety for like a milliesecond

Yeah I could've been attempting a bowel resection or open heart surgery instead.

I'm glad to say that I look a hell of a lot better today, the track marks have gone so really glad I use 30G pins. With a collared shirt on all that shows are a few nondescript red marks so all is well I'm happy to say.

I've lost about 10 hours so fuck knows what else I got up to.

aphex! happy b-day! <3
sounds like it was happy!
geez..and all i did was eat pretzels yesterday. ;)

i don't remember my vision disappearing..
it seemed much more like a muscle movement.
july was so crazy for me tho..i should've been paying
more attention..i just let it go as being tired..
and didn't think anymore about it..til reading that post.
i also didn't go anywhere near bananas or much other
food then either..so i really dunno.
my hands shake now off and on..and that
trips me out more than the eye twitching thing.

omg..the whole thing is terrifying.
i can't even think of anything else to say..
except i'm glad you're ok..for the most part at least.

thanks token. yea i know what you mean about the skin uner your involuntarily moving. when i used to do alot of dextroamphetamine i had that and it took along time to go away completely. i attribute it to tiredness. hopefully your hand shakes go away

Not much to say really except that if I ever consider using etizolam to wind down a stim sesh again, I'll make damn sure I'm in bed before I take them but I'm no hurry to even try that out.

Funny, I only ever found etizolam useful for comedowns (no longer use stimulants or psychedelics), or to substitute for benzos when I ran out of diazepam - been addicted to it for a couple of years, have tapered down from ludicrous doses to just high ones, and still have a long way to go. Like all downers, Etizolam is something to use sparingly, does have a buzzy warmth to it that's similar to the more euphoric, short-acting benzos, but that fades VERY quickly with regular use. I've used it as a stopgap replacement for high-dose daily valium for months at a time without difficulty (mostly the expensive depas brand, which feels much cleaner than Etilaam), and that suggests to me that the withdrawal syndrome can't be all that different than from 'traditional' benzos. But...

Unless you can get hold of Depas or Pasaden, which I haven't seen around for a while, you don't know what you're getting when you order Etizolam. The UK-manufactured dark blue etilaams are either very poorly made or contain some other RC benzo, the RC pellets are completely unpredictable, from inactive to possibly phenazepam, and fake Etilaams seem to be spreading. It could turn out to be the meph of downers, as it were: insidiously addictive (but with a far more serious withdrawal syndrome than meph), more prone to inspire redosing than Valium et cetera (or that could just be RC-recklessnes, as with meph), often contaminated or 'mislabelled' and widely used by the largely benzo-naive. Taken occasionally for comedowns or to chill out on, real etizolam's just a decent pseudo-benzo: and as such, used carefully, is probably - probably - relatively safe. But it is pretty much a benzo: really shouldn't be mixed with alcohol unless you have quite a tolerance, and even then, it's not a great idea.

This thread's a little worrying - there's tons of garbage on the market, a lot of people seem to be overly trusting of vendors, and I don't think we should buy the 'more forgiving than benzos' line on trust - every successive generation of pharmaceutical is proclaimed less dangerous than its predecessors, 'this one isn't addictive, there are no serious side effects': that's what they said about heroin, coke, amphetamines, barbiturates, benzos, phenothiazines, SSRIs, and the Z-drugs: all of which are addictive and can kill. It takes a generation or so of widespread use before side effects become apparent - and pharmaceutical companies always massage statistics to make them vanish.

This drug remains a relatively unknown quantity, and given that it's been infected by RC-vendor greed and dishonesty, if you're new to downers, I'd say, don't try them - you can end up hooked before you know it, and they're in some ways tougher to kick and leave behind than H or oxy - but if you must, then start with something tried and true, like Valium (not exactly hard to find), don't drink on it, and research the compound carefully before you start. Etizolam is RC xanax - it may turn out to have a sting in the tail, and be to a;prazolam what 4-MMC is to MDMA - and should be used in the knowledge that it's probably as addictive as any drug can be, with a potentially fatal withdrawal syndrome after long-term use.

I can't tell if it's more likely to induce amnesia than benzos proper, or whether it just seems that way because so many downer-virgins are popping their cherries on it: but reports of weird side effects (twitching eyes et cetera), suggest to me that it has properties, probably negative/damaging ones, unique to its particular structure. Approach with care - this one has all the risks of a relatively novel pharm and an RC, and the long-term consequences of heavy use are anyone's guess. The amnesiac effect can lead to compulsive redosing: so put the box or strip out of sight when you try it for the first time, start with 0.5mgs, don't try it for the first time on a comedown, and read up on benzos before you start. Sorry to be so didactic, but a lot of Bluelighters have found (myself included), that benzos can be the toughest drugs to get away from, and as an idiot who made that mistake in full knowledge of the risks involved, it worries me to read of the benzo-naive taking 3,4, or even 10 mgs of the stuff: if the stated equivalency is genuine, then 1mg Etizolam = 20mgs Diazepam: 10 = 200mgs, or twenty of the highest strength valium tabs generally available. Less is more with downers, and they're tricky: not all that recreational, but deceptively powerful. Start small, find a clean source, and don't use on consecutive days or mix the stuff with anything till you've tried it, low dose (like .5mgs) on its own. All it takes is one blackout and a set of car keys for downs to fast-forward you to the worst effects of long-term, chronic alcoholism. Or, for that matter, one binge followed by abrupt withdrawal.

great post WW. :)

wiki has blepharospasms (eye twitch) as a known side effect of long term use.
and also 1mg equivalent to 10mg/diazepam.

i didn't use it long term..but mostly during a benzo taper.
personally, i wouldn't put it as 1mg being = to 1mg alprazolam..
i didn't experience the hypnotic effects like others do.
but it definitely seems to have potent hypnotic, anxiolytic, amnesic, and muscle
relaxant properties to others..
and comes with that lovely & dangerous w/d that all benzos bring with them.

i havent noticed any strange side effects like eye-twitching or anything like that..etizolam really doesnt help me sleep that much better tbh..also, despsite how much i sleep on it i wake up groggy and just slow usually the entire morning after and i hate that...thats my biggest complaint about etiz so far..

Etillams in the blister pack are the way to go. You don't know what you are getting in the pills are loose in a bag or a powder.

^truth.

I didn't even care for those. I was in klonopin withdrawal and they just made me sleepy in a non euphoric valium kind of way.

Different strokes.
