Etizolam ISP Solution Help

I have in my possession 54.5mg of Etizolam powder. I plan on using 91% ISP alcohol to dissolve it, to store in an amber jar with dropper. I have new ml beakers for accurate measure.

Now, I would ideally like to have 0.5mg Etizolam for every "drop", from a rubber/glass dropper. I have essential oil bottles/plugs, which could be used to administer drops as well, but I feel there is more control with the rubber topped glass droppers than the "tip and wait" plug droppers.

How many milliliters ISP will I need for 0.5mg Etizolam drops? I have read several forum posts from the usual sites on this matter, but want to make my own post and get the information directly for my purposes. I have done some calculations but want to cross check them with your answers. This is my first time making a powder-to-liquid solvent. Thanks.

Edit: The intent is to apply the dose onto something which is will evaporate on, which then I will ingest (I don't have "blotter paper" and don't think I need it). Also may add to water "shot" and just drink it. Does that sound reasonable? (Just wanted to make it clear I'm not IV/IM here, it's not for me).

Don't use Iso alcohol, use ethyl (drinking) alcohol or proplyne glycol. Just use liquid dosing, there's no point in making blotters.
