TL:DR slept with no heating on in house was freezing a few nights after taking ethylphinidte, woke up with black dot on toe that i kid you not looked like necrosis setting in. stay warm on this drug!
so my first experience with this drug was a bad one ( I might write up an introduction in the introduction forums explaining my full story, but to keep it short weekly mephedrone use induced anxiety chest pains me being me had convinced myself i had heart disease. so I had a few lies not enjoying myself as I do line panic repeat about 3 or 4 times around 30-40mg each time, was very underwhelmed but I will keep to the point of this post.
That night at work I could feel my hands tingling if i moved them when i went outside sort of as if i clenching and opening a first, skip to the bad night the cold night, I woke up shivering with pain running down my inside thigh and my left testicle, obviously half asleep and oblivious to what was happening I slept though.
Upon wakening I noticed straight away the small dark tip of my toe, i pinched it to see if it would respond, nope no pain well not a normal amount it had to be proper pinched to feel anything, it seemed more responsive to heat, like i could feel slight heat if i put my laptop charger on it. from previously figuring out that hot water dilates the blood vessels I immediately ran a hot bath. there was 2 darken patches each on either foot that progressively got better as I sat in the bath the toe made very little progress, this was when it got even worse, mt body decided that the penis not be very important for survival and it had gone a very pale almost purple color the panic set in but I had driving lesson, so I had to wrap up warm and go along to my lesson.
Upon returning from my lesson I place my black tipped toe onto the laptop charger and place a fully heated laptop onto the effected area of my penis where i can feel enough heat for it to be unpleasant, I immediately get to work to see if it still works and as it got hard the color started returning to it's normal self. while smashing away at it i can see one silver lining and that is that it took forever to cum and boy was it amazing, the relief it still worked as well.
after reading about dry gangrene and it possibly needed to be amputated I decided it best to go to the walk in center which is only a ten minute walk from me I told the lady on reception about the vascontriction I was experiencing the days prior and told her I thought I had a case of dry gangrene. after a 30 minute wait I saw the doctor whom i told my mephedrone use and monthly chest pain to she looked at my foot and the blackness on the toe was completely gone bar a bit left on the toe nail that i obviously couldn't be reversed, she tried scraping of the blackness from under the toe nail, obviously thought I was mad an did a capillary refill test and said it was fine.
okay question time guys,
1. I am prescribed propronolol for panic attack symptoms, I also have high blood pressure from stress and anxiety that sits around 145-150/85
on ethylphenidate (which I have grown to like thanks to bezos) would it be safe to use propranolol and ethylphidate together?
2. Is it okay to mix different benzos togther while taking ethylphenidate, I normally take pyrazolam before etizolam if things get rough and more pyrazolam if i get a bit anxious
3. I sometimes get blue lips after around 300mg this goes shortly after ceasing use and i always stop when i see it happen, but the diclazepam pellets have a blue coat and stain my toung blue is it possible that it's where I lick my lips?
4.last question i've stupidly been using benzos un presribed for week quite heavy now i'd say around 30 pyrzaolam 20 2mg etizolam maybe 20 2mg diclazepam + small dabs here and there of etiz and diclaz powder, do i need to taper?
edit:what is normal bp on stims, it's 156/96 now
