RCs Ethylphenidate and alcohol

Is this combo safe? Can it produce cardiovascular stress like the cocaine and alcohol combo?

I was thinking in doses 5-6 beers and 40mg ethylphenidate. Will it put alot of stress on my heart?
 
I've done it multiple times and am still alive. Not adviseable though, the alcohol tends to make one reckless about re-dosing.
