RCs Ethylphenidate additives and long-term effects

Hi, I've been using ethylphenidate (ethyl phenyl (piperidin-2-yl) acetate) since late 2011, and have been using heavily since 2012. When I got my most recent lot (6.6 grams) from the internet I read on the ingredients label that it also contained Microcrystalline Cellulose, Dicalcium Phosphate and Magnesium Stearate. Can someone tell me what these additives are included for (about 1.08% of the total 200mg packet)?

Also, I've been taking EPH in 600mg doses dissolved in strong lager and taken orally, since 2012 as I say. Are there any studies of continuous high-level usage of EPH and what its long-term effects are?
