alkylglycerol seems to function as potent antioxidant
possible function of the plasmalogen ether lipids is as antioxidants, as protective effects against oxidative stress have been demonstrated in cell culture and these lipids might therefore play a role in serum lipoprotein metabolism
im curious if anyone ever tried it and knows good sources of obtaining it.
i read it is possible to get from shark liver, but that doesnt seem like a good idea considering it might also include mercury and other toxins.
so any info you have on this ?
perhaps you actually tried it and know for a fact it is helpful ??
