alkylglycerol seems to function as potent antioxidant

possible function of the plasmalogen ether lipids is as antioxidants, as protective effects against oxidative stress have been demonstrated in cell culture and these lipids might therefore play a role in serum lipoprotein metabolism

im curious if anyone ever tried it and knows good sources of obtaining it.
i read it is possible to get from shark liver, but that doesnt seem like a good idea considering it might also include mercury and other toxins.
so any info you have on this ?

perhaps you actually tried it and know for a fact it is helpful ?? :|

no sir, i was dead serious about this.
thanks for finding it funny tho, i guess thats a compliment of sorts. you know when i try to actually genially ask a serious question that is associated with my healthy state and you make fun of it. you know, its compliment in this way you find something "positive" about it. most people will either ignore it or make fun of it, but you actually give me a compliment. tnx

now anyone can answer me ? much appreciated

Well technically you're breaking the rules, and you've been here long enough to know that.

Even though I actually don't understand exactly what you're asking for a source for.

what rules ? is this dictatorship ? last i checked only God can make rules and humans believe they are Gods or something superior enough to impose control over masses. If that is, and humans do pretend to be God, then i see them as antichrist and ill fight against it

The rules of BL, private property of someone you've never met. No, you're NOT free to do whatever you want here (and neither I am for that matter). If anything, you're being rude by breaking the rules.

i dont care to argue about this
i wish someone answers my question here !

since i have been here 2005 to 2010 out of 100 questions i had, probably only 10 questions of mine have been answered in such way that were actually very helpful for me
the rest have been pretty bad and some actually caused me harm
i wonder where in rules it says "do not answer questions but cause harm" is listed because that happens way too often and undisciplined
