The tweakers I used to hang around with shot up a full half a gram of pure meth IV at a time, but do what you feel comfortable with by all means. For me, 250 mg pure insuffulated methamphetamine hcl is about perfect. I have to eat handfuls of 20 mg Adderalls to get off from them at all. Obviously, either body chemistry or tolerance or both is coming into play here with me. Do what's best for you. On the other hand, I used to know this rather emo guy who would rake out tiny, tiny (say 5 to 10 mg) lines of impure crank and do one or two every 12 hours. He thought he was high, anyway.

No need for dose machismo. Individual tolerances vary widely, even among the drug-naive. Toxic reactions have been reported to dextroamphetamine at doses as low as 3mg ORALLY. Pre-tolerance, 5mg makes me quite euphoric, and that's the way I like it.

The isomers of N-ethyl amphetamine are metabolized at different rares (ie different half lives), which isd different to both methamphetamine & amphetamine. Weird eh?

^^^F&B does ethamp have any affinity for serotonin receptors? so its common for different slats to be metabolised at different rates but unusual for that to happen with different isomers?

in terms of dose, yes i have seen numerous posts of people using 500mg+ of methamp to get off, thats unfortunate. i have no explanation for why my tolerance is so low, i have never been able to, nor had the desire to push things past 50mg of amphetamine. the side effects become too severe, i also weigh 115lbs.

EDIT: although im fairly certain of its identity (as certain as one can be when trusting an electronic entity) can anyone suggest a simple test which could be used to verify...would it produce different results with the marquis reagent than amphetamine?
