Espanor detox

Hi all just thought I'd start a thread on my detox from espanor.
Right I've been on bup for 8 years and espanor for the last 4 years so 12 years in all.
I don't use anything else but have been up and down like a yo yo on on espranor.
Taking a prescribed 16mg a day and buying more from the street so some days I could take 32mg .
I'm now on a 12mg script and will get it reduced to 6mg next week.
My daily dose at the moment and has been stable for 2 weeks now is 6mg ( the best I've done in a while).
I'm going to drop to 5mg at the weekend then hold fire for 2 weeks and then 4mg.
I'll keep this up until I get to the smallest dose I can cut with a blade ( probably 1/4 of a 2mg tablet) .
Hopefully it will go well and I'll keep people informed on this journey if you use our interested .

Hi everyone just to update use on how I'm taking my meds at moment.
2ml at 6am then go to work once I'm home I take 4ml .
This works well for me.
I do feel a little ill in the morning at say 4.30am 5am but nothing to bad and the same thing at night before I take second dose of 4ml .
I'm starting to feel more stable on 6ml now so come this weekend I'll drop to 5ml . 2ml am 3ml pm . Cheers
