So i'm day 2 into an epistane cycle (only at 20mg right now), and I am wondering what type of PCT I should consider. I'm thinking of dosing 20/20/30/30. I was originally planning on pulsing the epistane, but I think I will just take it everyday (I don't think pulsing it would do much). I am using the "Havoc" brand of epistane.

I was thinking of using either toremifene or clomid. I would like to use some hCG, but I don't know of a reliable source (I know of one, but it seems like a hassle).

I'm sure that hardly anyone here is familiar with this (aside from p-mo), but I thought I'd ask anyways....
 
A SERM for a havoc PCT is more than necessary...Most people can get away with OTC PCT products because of how mild epistane is...Why not run the cycle for another 2 weeks?

IME, this is the best way to run epi----purchase 2 bottles and start by taking 30mgs for a few days and then keep bumping it up until you find a comfortable dose...most users claim that their "sweet spot" with havoc is 40mgs...

Also, there's really no reason to taper up dosage with prohormones...I don't know why everyone does that...I'd take at least 30mgs the whole way through...I've been on for 2 weeks and have just started noticing an increase in strength...for the first 2 weeks you can expect a mild pump, increased apetite, and sex drive...

I'm running Primordial Performance's Test Recovery Stack for my PCT...I ordered Nolvadex and Clomid 4 months ago from a site and got jacked so I can't get any SERMs.
 
So you aren't going to use a real SERM? I don't want to use nolvadex because of the added strain on the liver. Instead, I want to use either toremifene or clomid (if my nuts start shrinking). I would like hCG but i dont know of a good source for it (the source I know of makes you fill out various forms and charges a ton for it).

If you are dosing at 40-50mg, and for longer than 4 weeks, you are without question going to need something more than "Primordial Performance's Test Recovery Stack". You are going to have some rebound estrogen and may get gyno (epistane can cause gyno, despite its anti-estrogenic properties). Epistane can shut you down very hard, especially when dosed high for more than 4 weeks....

PP's test recovery stack is apparently amazing...like i said, I got ripped off from an online vendor for $200 worht of clomid, nolvadex, adn clenbuterol...I don't know anyone off the streets with access to SERMs...I'll just have to deal with it and cross that bridge when i get there...Prohormones are subjective in their sides and effects
 
can i just ask PArooollerr , is it taken in a tablet form or capsule form i take it? is it essentially similar to a steroid? i am getting closer and closer to wanting to use these things, tho i am scared of the side effects.

Correct..most prohormones/designer steroids are oral solutions in the form of a capsule..although, some newer prohormones on the market are applied topically and claim to be less hepatoxic becuase they bypass digesting a tablet...

So far, I've experienced 0 side effects...
 
I am at day 5 of 30mg a day, and I notice nothing. No changes in strength or anything like that. Perhaps I will in another week; I don't want to hastily bump it up to 40mg if I don't need to...
 
Too early to notice anythingg.....on day 10-16 it gets fucking intense dude....my deadlift has went up 60 lbs in 2 weeks lol....I'm almost on day 20 and my appetite is out of control..my joints are beginning to ache and mild lethargy..

Your joint issues will go down a little if you stop using such high doses. Its kind of ridiculous to use 50mg of an anti-E. Why destroy that much estrogen? Of course you will have joint issues and not to mention libido issues.

My libido is through the roof...although I agree that 50mg is too high for me...40mgs a day is my sweet spot...my joints have been on fire..
 
I'm gonna run clomid @ 100/70/35/35 and then Add in an anti-aromatise like 6-0x0 or novedex xt
 
Id wait at least 2weeks to start your AI. Unless you start noticing Estrogen symptoms. AI's kill my libido :(

I still don't notice much of anything, aside from what seems like some relatively painful lower back pumps...

I think I am going to run clomid as well, its good for your nuts...

I actually took measurements of my nuts yesterday (diameter, with a caliper) to see if they will shrink (1 and 7/8th inches right and 2 and 1/8th inches left; not sure why they differ by 1/4 inch). I wonder how much they will shrink by....
 
Give it another week until you can really see the benefits of Havoc...My upper right back has been killing me lately too..your strength should be increasing by now...40mgs seems to be the perfect dose...

I just received my clomid in the mail on friday..still wondering how to run it...my nuts have shrank a tiny bit but my libido is spectacular....I gotta push my body to the limit these last 2 weeks...

I am at day 15 into the epistane cyle (at 40mg now), and my nuts have shrunk considerably. My right testicle is down to 1 and 5/8 inches in diameter (down 1/4 of an inch) of , while my left testicle is down to 1 and 3/4 inches (down 3/8's of an inch; based on pi times diameter, this comes out to over an inch in circumference). This seems rather considerable; I will need a good PCT, perhaps even hCG if I can find it...
 
my testicles are fine...they get a little smaller after I drop my load on my gf but I noticed that my semen is less fluid-like and more "chunky"...weird...
