Has anyone had experience with pre-loading with horny goat weed and:
1. feeling less fatigued the day after
2. being able to achieve and maintain an erection while rolling?
I recently heard that bodybuilders use horny goat weed as a supplement to accelerate muscle recovery, so I was wondering if maybe taking it as a pre-load would help you feel much better the next day? (I always feel like I've run a marathon or something!)
Here's a study I read on it, which seems to suggest it would be a good pre-load supplement. I'll be rolling soon so I'll probably grab some, see for myself, and update you guys here.
