Yeah.
I've chewed the twigs too.
Nothing to write home about. A natural stimulant, but nothing special IMO
 
Okay cool, cause I got this bag of it and been making tea from it, just confirming that it's not placebo- so there is a little bit of an effect :P
 
oh yeah. it's not really an effect i dig, but it can be a functional stimulant to keep you going through the day without obviously bugging out or whatever. i would chew 2-5 of these little twigs and it kinda perked me up, but it's nothing amazing.
 
Yeah, back in the day, I used to take a supplement called "Ripped" that had that as a main ingredient. I took it a half hour before a tough workout and it did the trick. I was not happy about all the FDA problems with it back then (and now, I suppose) which made it a little harder to find sometimes. But yes, at the levels I took, it was a really nice supplement for working out.
