Stimulants ephedrine - adderall cross tolerance?

so i've been taking ephedrine (quite a lot tbh) for gaming/study/etc purposes the past couple weeks. the bronkaid stuff from walgreens, and have built quite a reasonable tolerance to it. the thing is, i finally got some proper adderall now, i took a 20mg xr (which used to be nice for me), and hardly felt anything, nowhere near where it did before. did my ephedrine tolerance affect my tolerance to amphetamine (which i havent taken in years)?


if this is the case, that the ephedrine messed up my amp tolerance, then how long till it resets?

Yes. Ephedrine is very similar to amphetamines in structure and as a precursor. If you stop using ephedrine your regular amphetamine will work better.

if you have been using a lot of ephedrine, you may need a decent break before you are able to properly use/feel the amphetamine.

Do not use them together. You will be putting un do stress on your pns including strain on your heart.
