Enzyme Deficiency? DXM.

I've been told that a DXM trip has a peak of about 4 hours, and the whole trip is about 8 hours. The other day, I took 50mg of diphenhydramine (for the robo itch), along with 20mg of phenylephrine and about 1250 of acetaminophen. I took all 3 of those in a theraflu packet because that's the only form of diphenhydramine I had. I rather take some acetaminophen than have the robo itch. About 50 minutes later, I chugged 354mg of dextromethorphan. When the trip was peaking, I went to lay down. Around an hour - hour and a half, I got back up and I was already coming down. The trip was quite intense though and I didn't enjoy it. Later on I still got the itch aswell :p Anyways, is a short peak like that normal?
 
That just means you have a "high" or quick metabolism, and isn't something I'd fret too much.

The one time I dosed, I took 780mg or so; it took 2 hours to fully kick in, and I have no clue how long it lasted in entirety..
