enzymatic process; substrates and inhibitors

I have a question regarding enzymatic process. Let us say I take two drugs clonaz and nortriptyline which are listed as processed by the same cyp 2DA substrates. Would this speed up the excretion of both substrates or act slow it down?
I hope this makes sense. I am not even sure I understand this myself.

It would likely slow excretion VERY SLIGHTLY because the enzymes would have more stuff to work on.
