Due to lack of preferred substances, smoking crystal will be my only option for this new years (as I do not drink). I would like to get the most out of the experiences as it really is a once in a blue moon endeavour.. health wise, what should I preload with during the day before the proceedings. What should I take during the experience (if needed) and what vitamins or foods should I indulge in during the come down and following days.. also anything to avoid?

I would treat it like a MDMA experience but I thought I would asked for information anyway. I could not really find much on the internet.

I have a bunch of 10mg valium if needed (for any stage or if shit hits the fan) and will perhaps smoke some bud on the beach in the early hours of the morning.

Using valium for the actual comedown from methamphetamine would be wise and will make the whole experience better for you. Some would enjoy combining the diazepam with the euphoric high coming up from the methamphetamine, but I would go ahead and save the large dose of bzd for your comedown.

As for vitamins, that won't really affect your experience. Always have a valium on hand if you think you could even possibly have a panic attack or something, I tend to get panic episodes on any stimulant and benzo's make it all better. I doubt the experience will be much different from MDMA, just don't start picking at your face or something. :P

Oh and unless you plan on orally ingesting methamphetamine, try to have a good meal in you because you will not be able to eat after dosing. This would however lower the absorption if you take it orally.

I think the best way to prepare for the best experience is a good night's sleep prior and plenty of anticipation and benzo's on hand if things get overwhelming. I think the best time to dose is when you wake up, but that is just me.
 
I don't shoot meth, I snort it. I was using pretty steadily for awhile, especially because the extra energy is helpful to me during holiday preparations. I ran out six or seven days ago but I didn't come down until four or five days ago.

Like you, I don't drink anymore. January 1 will be my one year anniversary of no alcohol. Like you, I do smoke bud.

And like you, I am a meth user. I am not trying to endorse or support your usage of meth by answering your questions with my own experiences in those areas. I hope something I share will be harm reducing for you.
Should I prepare for the drug in advance and if so, how?

See your dentist. Meth has given me problems with my teeth. I just chipped a tooth tonight in fact, eating pita chips. I have a partial plate and caps... if you don't have dental insurance then think about this... my insurance gave me the green light for $6000 worth of dental work to cover 2 years of whatever I needed. It took about 9 months to spend it all, and now I have this chipped tooth that I will have to pay to patch. Meth can do a LOT of damage over a very short period of time.

Sleep. I sleep/rest/stay in bed 24 hours before a binge. I find I get a better tweak when I am well rested.

What should I take during the experience?

Orange juice is what I like. It seems to help both with the nasty post nasal drip and the level of high I can reach.
Meth makes me really thirsty and gives me chapped lips. Have good chapstick and good beverage with you at all times. I like Sobe Lifewater with electrolytes.

I like to scrapbook, make collages, write blogs, and/or clean while I'm on speed. I have playlists for each activity and I find that my experience is nothing without music and that is true of me on any drug during any of the past drugs and before I started taking drugs, I love music and some songs give me an extra layer of satisfaction with the tweak.

What should I avoid during the experience?

Opiates. If I mix any type of good opiate with the speed I end up being violently ill. I stopped using opiates altogether after they switched OCs to OPs (oxycontin). I used to try that or heroin when coming off of meth after a four or five day binge and I always got sick. I hate getting sick, that's part of the reason I stopped drinking. If you get too high or the tweak gets rough, the valium will be very helpful. I prefer to come down from a binge with benzos (xanax, clonopin, ativan) and weed.

What should I do after the experience?

I like to smoke a bunch of weed while I'm coming out of a binge. A strong indica helps me relax and brings my appetite back. I smoke and benzo my way down until I can eat and then shower and then settle in for a preplannned uninterrupted 19 or 20 hours of sleep. I don't have a particular recommendation for what to eat afterwards. I am sure someone else on the board here will know more about that.
 
I find its always a good idea to have some magnesium suppliments for a day or two before having meth.. its saved me from more than a few periods of intense jaw clenching and the resulting tension heads/neck /jaw pain..

Tyrosine after meth is great for helping replenish the dopamine in your brain..
Fish oil, multi vitamins and plenty of water will certainly not do you any harm to help replenish your body
 
Like you, I don't drink, and I do smoke bud.
I generally start off with a good rest, the day/night before I'm going to start smoking.
I may smoke some weed after work, but I do find that smoking weed while on the gear just makes me all spaced out and fried. I do enjoy it but sometimes I feel it defeats the purpose of the gear.

I don't eat at while I'm on it, but I may try and have an orange or apple on the 2nd day.
If I do get nausea/stomach pains I'll have a cuppa soup,, obviously can't finish all of it.

I find my comedowns aren't all that bad.. I smoke a bunch of weed before I want to sleep and make sure I'm going to get at least 15 hours sleep.

Things I avoid while on gear are sugary drinks and anything that could be harsh on my stomach as it is weak.
I get super hungry on my comedown so I've always got fresh fruit and vegetables on hand.

Orange juice and anything with electrolytes will definitely make you feel better and I reckon it gets you buzzing again, especially after a cool shower as well.
Get the dry's bad so always got lip balm on hand.

Hope something comes up till then...best thing you can do is not take anything at least a week before. Eat plenty of fruit, bananas especially. Drink a lot of water! Cleanse your body bro. I found just before I drop e I eat 5 bananas, from my experience this always gives me a lot of energy. Source your products ask around if you come across something good save it cause you don't know till jan 1 might not be anything. Seriously vitamins are not needed if you eat normal food. Just go to the market heaps of cheap fruit and veg just don't go early go late when they start packing up. Make sure you eat a lot before the big day breakfast lunch and dinner usually a big steak and vegis for dinner the night I smoke helps push me till the next day as I lose my appetite. Hope this helps :)
