opiates are boring, they just make me sit around dreaming about how cool my life is. i'd rather pop some xanax and go out clubbing all night
rashandreflex said:basically i agree with everything you said. i adore opiates and benzos are so-so. unfortunately, i have a benzo 'script but no opiate 'script.
technically i am prescribed 1 mg a day, but i use much less than that (that is, i will go days without using any.) i have never used more than .75 mg in one sitting although maybe more over the course of a day. i am just hoping that it could be more fun. on the other hand, i guess i don't want a benzo addiction...it makes me wonder, though...what makes people get addicted to benzos aside from a serious need to lessen anxiety to function?
made my great expectactions of a xanax bar and i thought it sucked taking oxy for 6 month previousRoger&Me said:I think one possible reason for that could be that she's used to the strong opiate euphoria, and is disappointed when benzos fail to deliver in the euphoria department.
Yes, I feel the same way. I dislike the fact that I feel almost nothing (pleasant or otherwise) from benzos, therefore they're only useful as tools to take the edge off a stimulant buzz and such.paradoxcycle said:Hi guys. My girlfriend seems to be in the minority of folks that enjoy opiates but do not find benzos to be recreational. I cannot really relate to this as I find great pleasure in both. So does anyone else feel the same way? If so, what do you dislike about benzos?
