I'm prescribed 20mg time released for about 4yrs now. I've been taking them recreational off and on now for about 10yrs. Here lately it's taken me around 60-100mgs as opposed to 40mgs to make me feel the effects i used to. Soo my ?, is there any vitamin supplements i can take to "restore" or to boost the effects I used to have? Or should I just take longer breaks between doses? I usually take em 3 times a week but if i take 60mg fri, it takes me 100mg sat to get the effect i want.
