I was typing while someone moved it so now I have to type it all over again!
They're just a quick and tasty source of protein, and definitely better than candy for fitness.
I have made my own bars in the past and they tasted just like the ones from the shop, but were much cheaper. All you need is milk, oatmeal, whey and peanut butter.
I don't really like them, but it all comes down to personal preference. If you like them, you can use them as a source of protein. I wouldn't rely on them for all my protein though.
