RCs Energy-1, new RC. What is it?

For the record: the recommended doses of this drug, which are based on practically FUCK ALL, are WAY lower than the poster called Minged suggested.

If you are thinking of taking NRG-1, look up info on the related compound MDPV, and follow it for fuck's sake.

dont listen to this comment, you should never compare a new drugs dosages to another drug. DO NOT use MDPV's dosages as a guide on how to take NRG
 
best drug ever and I've tried them all , can see why it'll be banned , once and you're hooked. i've never taken more than a small dab with my little finger , think that's where everyone is going wrong with this stuff anything above 0.05g is a mistake! did one small dab.... not much , so an hour later another small dab.... slight effects.... 2 hours later another small dab , and thats it great energy &very clean felling for the next 7 hours , no need to redose.
a bit like high grade ampetamine but cleaner and without the rush. Played guitar like Hendrix for the nexd 7 hours!
 
ppl seem to know comound energy1 is yet when i ask th distributor he says he doesnt know
 
^ There seems to be more than one substance doing the rounds variously known as NRG-1, Energy 1, naphyrone and naphthylpyrovalerone. There is an incredibly wide range of doses and effects reported from this stuff and nobody seems to be sure what it is. I've yet to hear a good word said about it really though... some folks have already apparently been hospitalised after using very small amounts.

My report on the version I tried recently reposted from EADD:

I found the exact opposite was true for me. Peevee is like a warm, fuzzy, comfy ol' jumper that fits me perfectly. This NRG-1 stuff was the most oddly cold drug I've ever taken. Physically I got more speedy spine-tingles than on peevee - albeit it very short-lived - but mentally I was utterly blank. Isn't it vaguely related to SSRIs? Not 100% about that but felt strangely akin to them for me - not up, not down, not unpleasant, not pleasant, not happy, not sad, just cold, hollow and empty inside. I literally felt nothing whilst on it. Very strange substance indeed.

As for comedown/aftereffects, I didn't really notice anything much. I could sleep fine even after a gram over 12 hours and felt fine the next day - surprisingly chipper in fact. My doses were approximately four times as high as my peevee doses and it lasted approximately a quarter as long which is what I based my estimate of potency on. It's quite possible (probable) that it was cut but who knows? Just another anonymous white powder wannabe with no future as far as I can see.

Also worth a mention is the effect it had on MDMA. I had 100mg of pretty decent crystal left from the gram I recently managed to acquire (woot! MDMA! =D) and decided to use it with the last 30mg of NRG-1. I was experimenting with various ROA with the noob as is my wont and had taken to IVing it attempting to find its vacant soul (which remained elusive even when mainlined). I was hoping that the MDMA would bring out some character in the stuff but quite the opposite - the NRG-1 killed the MDMA stone dead. Utterly killed it. 100mg of MDMA crystal with 30-35mg of NRG-1 in the same pin and nada - not a sausage. Could feel neither of them in the slightest. Also reminiscent of SSRI in that way. Really don't see the stuff becoming popular recreationally if it's even remotely like SSRIs in its action.

Incidentally, used alone IV (dosed from 20-35mg or so) it gave no real rush but one hell of a lot of intense tachycardia. Also got a nasty attack of the Smurflimb syndrome most of the time I was on it so that's two things going for it as a meph replacement I suppose :D

I'd approach this one with extreme caution and low expectations if you approach it at all. Complete waste of time as far as I can see and also suspected of being carcinogenic - not exactly a winning combo :D

When are these RC vendors going to figure out how to do this and how to not do this. Not having any real dosing instructions, multiple (yet very different) products with identical or at least similar sounding names, NRG-1, Energy-1, ERGONE, I imagine it goes on and on.

The more people hurt themselves with these, with dosing issues because they thought they were taking a different "Energy-1", the most law enforcement pays attention to this stuff.

I really like this forum and how it focuses on harm reduction, and I feel that a big part of harm reduction is telling your customers exactly what they're buying! Come on RC houses, a bad rap is bad for your business too.
