Whatever it is that makes you feel good, its usually after exercise. If I work out hard enough or long enough sometimes I get adrenaline (or whatever, I get stronger, more energizied, and more aggresive) during the workout. Normally, I will stop at this point as I have hurt myself several times with the thought, "I can do more and with more weight!" and than ended up not walking right for days, never mind lifting.
