Endorphin...

upon doing my research on endorphin, i thought endorphin was relate to dopamine somehow, because they both release a similar-feeling chemical. Most of you here know far more than i, so can you tell me if endorphin & dopa work with one another, relate, or what?

I read recently (sorry no references) that a study found that injecting a mouse with endophins was essentially equivalent to injecting it with heroin. I guess that kinda goes along with the Brittanica article.
